What is the North Norfolk-MacGregor Foundation?

The North Norfolk-MacGregor Foundation is a registered charity that is creating an endowment fund of several donators, both large and small. The fund is never spent and the income generated from this fund is granted to worthwhile projects.
All grants are made to projects within the R.M. of North Norfolk, and the Town of MacGregor. These projects will maintain and enhance the quality of life for generations to come. With each new donation the fund continues to grow.

Applicants are welcome to contact the Foundation with a request for funding for worthwhile projects that are deemed eligible for financial support. All applications are considered on the basis of merit and relation to available funds. The Foundation reserves the right to request:
• interim and/or financial reports, site visits, set terms and conditions to any approval.
Interested groups may apply at any time, in writing with a detailed description of their project and a proposed budget.

Donor Programs - Donations may be given in a single or staged gift

Friends of the Foundation Gift of $100 - $999

Benefactors of the Foundation Gifts of $1,000 - $4,999

Builders of the Foundation Gifts of $5,000 - $9,999

Patrons of the Foundation Gifts of $10,000 and up

Guidelines for Grant Seekers
Grants are made only to non-profit organizations registered with Revenue Canada.
Applications for financial assistance must fall within the criteria limitations established by the North Norfolk-MacGregor Foundation. In general terms, the foundation supports local groups in such community service areas as: • health • recreation • youth • education • heritage • culture • seniors • environment

When you donate through the North Norfolk-MacGregor Community Foundation, you create a charitable gift that:
~ is never used up
~ grows and continues beyond your lifetime
~ makes an impact on your community every year
~ meets a broad range of needs.
With every contribution you leave an everlasting legacy to North Norfolk-MacGregor community.

Donations may be made in several ways:
• gift or pledge of money • bequest by will of cash or property
• gift in memory of a relative or friend • gift of life insurance
• gift in the family name • a multi-year pledge

Donations are tax deductible and are gratefully accepted at any time, and any amount. Donations may be made through a board member, deposited directly into the Foundation account at the Austin Credit Union or mailed to Box 696 MacGregor, MB R0H 0R0.
