Home care services are available to individuals regardless of age, who require health services or assistance with activities of daily living to remain safely in their homes and require more assistance than available from existing supports and community.
Home care services are intended to supplement the role of family/informal support network and community resources in the provision of care in the community. The home care program was designed to be a support to individuals and family members.
Referrals can be made by any person or professional. The person for whom the referral is being made needs to be aware and in agreement with the referral and assessment. Once a referral is received the Case Co-ordinator and Home Care completes an assessment including information from you and your family.

Mealtime is 5 p.m. To register for a meal please call and leave a message by 8 p.m. the day before you plan to attend. Leave a message with your name, phone number, number of meals that you need, and the date that you will needing the meal(s). Cost of each meal is $8.00.
Meals on Wheels - MacGregor

The purpose of our program is to assist seniors to remain living independently in their own home for as long as possible by providing various services. Meals on Wheels are available Monday-Friday at a price of $7.50. Evening meals are made at the Health Centre and are delivered by volunteer drivers.
