MacGregor Town & Country Golf Club has a fully irrigated 9-holes of golf.  It awaits any golfing enthusiast stopping by in MacGregor. The MacGregor Golf Course is updated with a new Clubhouse and also houses the Community Hall.

The Lions Campground & Spray Park is located right across from the Stride Centre. They offer un-serviced sites, electrical, and full service sites.  The Spray Park is lots of fun for children of all ages!
